Nice snug fit made specifically for the transformer. It has the the 2 holes upfront and one on the back for the camera. There is a cutout on the left side for power and volume. Cutout onthe bottom for fhe charger. Cutout for the headphone jack and hdmi on the right. 4 small holes for each speaker. Cutout for the microsd slot, yesssss. The faux leather feels nice, I don't smell anything too strong coming from it. The color is sort of a reddish brown. First thing that came to mind is bark. The cover has a fold in it that when flipped back and secured under the tab allows the pad to stand up like a frame. The cover flap stays closed via 2 magnets at the top corners. You can see a slight imprint of these in the faux leather. The inner part of the sleeve has a neoprene like material that feels pretty nice. Like all sleeves a significant drop onto concrete will probably damage the tablet unless it falls flat. Overall I think... A vertical flap would not have this specific issue. It was packed in a transparent plastic bag with no information what-so-ever. Just a small label saying "Brown Leather Case for Transformer." No company name, product name, description, nothing. I paid eighteen for it, and very happy so far. |
