The case is relatively rigid and the Transformer fits in it perfectly. Very clean, tight and professional. The tablet definitely feels protected. Although, obviously, like any case of this type you don't want to drop it as there is no real shock absorption. The tablet slides in the bottom and then you tuck the flap in. The flap has a velcro connection on the inside so that it will not slip. There is no way this tablet would come out of the case accidentally except for intentional abuse. The magnetic closure is good. You could argue that it "could" be a stronger magnet except I think it is perfectly fine. It will not come open accidentally under normal use. The material is good although I'm not sure whether it is real leather or not. Doesn't really matter because I think it looks fine either way. Material looks professional. The only annoyance is that the shipper shipped my unit in just a bubble... Which causes the GPS compass to malfunction. I am in the process of removing the magnets. You have to cut through the threaded seems to get at them. There are 6 of them about 1/4 inch square. I will use velcro to latch the cover down.
